2 Hour Service
At our store, any problem with your Samsung device can be resolved in less than two hours, without any appointment requirements.
* With the exception of intermittent faults for which the device must be monitored, or when there is a shortage of the required spare, but also due to extremely unusual circumstances (e.g. the current COVID-19 pandemic period, as your device has to be decontaminated under specific procedures, with UV radiation).

The 1 hour service of Smartec is only available at our store, 7 Fidippidou street, 12 461, Haidari,, working hours 9:00 – 15:00, no appointment needed.
* In case your device is delivered to us after 15:00,, it will be returned on the following business day between 9:00 – 15:00.
If you are not able to visit our store, you can select among the following methods to ship your device to us:
- Same Day Service for repairs on the same day (exclusively for areas within the Attica region).
- Courier Online free of charge (throughout Greece).
