We will ask you whether you wish another repair and we will provide you with a summation of the cost.
* (In case of multiple repairs, the labor cost is applied ONLY once.)

Of course! An indicative cost price, when your device is out of warranty, is necessary for you to decide to repair it.
(You will be informed on the final cost after your device is checked by the technical department.)

Select Cost Estimate, choose the model of your device and you will get an initial estimate.

Under normal conditions, there is no appointment requirement for our store. Our technicians will repair your device within a maximum time of one hour.
(except for cases where the is a lack of spare part or the failure is intermittent and your device needs to be kept for control and monitoring).

If you do not wish to visit the store, we can receive your device and deliver it back repaired on the same day. For the Same Day service you must follow these steps.HERE.

Obviously NOT. All repairs are performed in a special antistatic environment, according to the manufacturer specifications and our state of the art laboratory equipment cannot be transported.

We can however receive your device, if you are located within Attica region, through the Same Day service and return it to you repaired on the same day.

You also have the option to visit our store, or sent your device at no cost using the remote customer service, Courier Online.

If you state the wrong model or color of the device, it is possible that the necessary spare part for the repair not to be available and a longer repair time may be required.
In case you have selected the Same Day service and you require a new appointment, you will be charged with the service costs for the first transport.

If you think that your device has suffered very serious damage, it is recommended to contact us prior to bringing it to the store or making a Same Day, service appointment, as there is a possibility for the repair to be considered unbeneficial and this would mean that you will be charged with the cost of 15 € for the control for no reason at all.
